THE STARTING BLOCK
• After competing in just two events during the 2020-21 season, the NM State women's swimming & diving team begins its first full season since 2019-20 this Friday in Kansas as three members of the Aggies' squad are scheduled to compete in the CSCAA National Collegiate Open Water Swimming Championship.
• Lone Star Lake in Lawrence, Kan., is the site of the competition and the women's race is set to begin at 7:30 a.
