GREELEY, Colo. – New Mexico State swimming and diving split the meet against Western Athletic Conference foes on Saturday with a 153-88 win over host Northern Colorado and a 123-119 lost to Idaho.
"Today was a turning point for our team," said head coach . "Yesterday was rough, and today's meet started the same way. However, throughout the meet we dug in and had some tough performances. Our team showed grit to win the last five events, and battled right to the end. We're learning how to deal with adversity and battle together. That is going to be really important moving forward.
