Aggie Men Notch Seventh-Straight

LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State men's tennis team tallied its seventh-straight victory on Wednesday afternoon at the NM State Tennis Center with a 7-0 sweep of in-state foe Western New Mexico.

The Aggies (15-5) first sat the Mustangs down in succession during doubles play. The last time NM State dropped the doubles point came back on March 10 against Portland. New Mexico State's top doubles team of Christofer Goncalves and Luis Flores has now won five of their last six doubles matches.

Goncalves recorded his seventh-consecutive singles victory on Wednesday when he ousted Liam Fraboulet 6-0, 6-1 and pushed his total to 23.
