DENVER – 18 NM State student-athletes were named to the 2015 academic All-WAC Team, announced the league office. These student-athletes have completed at least one academic year, have a 3.2 or higher cumulative grade point average and have participated in at least 50 percent of the team's contests.
Soccer's Alexis Rienks played in 19 games and started 18 of them. The sophomore from Lincoln, Neb. scored one goal against Chicago State and had an assist against Grand Canyon. Overall, Rienks had 13 shots with seven shots on goal. This is her second academic All-WAC honor.
