KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The United Soccer Coaches released their 2018 All-Region teams on Monday afternoon and a program-record three players from the University of New Mexico women's soccer team earned the regional honor with Jennifer Munoz, Jessie Hix and Gwen Maly garnering the plaudits.

Before Monday's announcement, only two players total had been named All-Region with the last coming in 2011.
All three players honored by the United Soccer Coaches were previously named to the All-Mountain West First Team.

A senior captain, Muñoz enjoyed a great final collegiate campaign as the Mission Viejo, Calif.
