ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The University of New Mexico soccer and swimming and diving teams faced off in the second edition of the Soccer vs. Swimming and Diving Water Polo Match.
The event served as a rematch after the two programs faced off back in 2005. The match could be listed as an away competition for soccer, as three periods were played at the swimming and diving teams' home facility, the Armond H. Seidler Natatorium. Below are the scores from the event:

Second Period: Soccer 6 - 5 Swim
Third Period: Swim 7 - 6 Soccer
