ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. --- The University of New Mexico women's basketball team's 10-game home winning streak looked to be in jeopardy as a Nevada basket with 5:47 remaining in the third quarter bolstered the Wolf Pack's lead to a game-high 12 points at 41-29 – tied for the Lobos' largest deficit at home this season.

But after severe shooting struggles up to that point (the Lobos started the game 12-for-47 from the field), UNM got rolling as the Lobos drained seven 3-pointers and outscored Nevada 34-11 over the next 10 minutes to take an 11-point lead - eventually holding on for a 72-68 victory Saturday afternoon at Dreamstyle Arena – The Pit.
