ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Cullen Neal, the Eldorado High graduate and soon to be UNM graduate, told ESPN on Wednesday morning he has chosen to transfer to University of Mississippi.
As a graduate transfer (the third-year UNM student expects to complete his coursework in June), Neal will be immediately eligible to play at Ole Miss this coming season and has two seasons of playing eligibility remaining.
A Journal request to speak with Cullen Neal has not been answered.
He told ESPN’s Jeff Goodman of his decision to play for Ole Miss and head coach Andy Kennedy: “They just made me feel like home.
