ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — On Wednesday, Arizona coach Rich Rodriguez said he didn’t yet know whether Wildcats All-America linebacker Scooby Wright would be ready to play against New Mexico in the New Mexico Bowl on Dec. 19. Wright has played in only two games this season with knee and foot injuries.
“I probably won’t be able to determine (Wright’s availability) until next week,” Rodriguez said
Based on this Arizona Daily Star story, though, it appears Wright fully intends to play against the Lobos.
