New Mexico Lobos football coach Bob Davie on Tuesday asked UNM men’s soccer coach Jeremy Fishbein how he was doing.
“About the same as you,” Fishbein told him.
Davie’s Lobos are 3-3, coming off a lopsided loss at Nevada. Fishbein’s Lobos are 6-4-1, 0-3-0 in Conference USA, and coming off a stretch in which they have lost three out of four matches.
Losing in football at UNM is one thing. Losing in soccer is another.
