BOISE, Idaho – Heather Dyche's Lobos are clicking on all cylinders. The Lobos got a second half goal from Madisyn Olguin and Dylann O'Connor had a goal and an assist as UNM defeated the Boise State Broncos 2-1 to move to 2-0-0 in Mountain West play.
The 2-0-0 start marks the first 2-0-0 start for the Lobos in conference play (either Mountain West or WAC) in which both opening wins were on the road. The Lobos are now 4-5-0 overall with three of those losses to nationally-ranked teams.
UNM got on the board quickly just 2:14 into the contest when Dylann O'Connor picked up a loose clearance and shot one far post from near the 18 for a 1-0 Lobo lead.
