After playing a pair of rare Mountain West games in December, the University of New Mexico women's basketball team is set to resume the non-conference portion of their 2019-20 slate on Tuesday night at home against Northern New Mexico College.
The Lobos, who are 6-3 overall, will also be looking to get back on the winning track in that game after recently playing through their toughest stretch of competition.
That stretch began with a southern road trip down I-25 to NMSU and UTEP where the Lobos went 2-0. The Lobos then traveled to Cancun to take part in the Cancun Challenge and played a pair of Power 5 schools in Missouri and West Virginia.
