Tipping Off
Off to a great start in Mountain West Conference play, the University of New Mexico women's basketball team is set to take to the road for their next two league games as both will take place in the Silver State. First up among that duo of games is in Reno this Saturday as the Lobos will take on the Wolfpack of Nevada.
The Wolfpack are overall 4-8 on the season and recently suffered a double-overtime defeat to the hands of Utah State in their MW opener. The double OT game was the second-straight game that was not decided in regulation for the Wolfpack as they came away with a 79-78 win in single overtime against Hawai'i to close out their non-conference slate.
