ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. --- The University of New Mexico men's basketball team has added Towson transfer Zane Martin to the roster. Due to NCAA transfer rules, Martin will sit out the 2018-19 season and be eligible for competition in 2019-20.
Martin, who led the Tigers with a team-best 19.8 points per game last season, was named MVP of the Basketball Hall of Fame Belfast Classic and earned All-CAA and NABC All-District 10 Second Team honors. He scored in double figures in 30 of the Tigers' 32 games last season and averaged 3.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.
