ration with UNM African American Student Services will honor the rich history of African Americans at UNM during the month of February.
"This is a great opportunity to engage our campus and celebrate Black History Month," UNM Director of Athletics Eddie Nunez said. "We are proud to honor all of the African American alumni and our student-athletes that have contributed to the continued growth of our university."
The UNM men's and women's basketball programs will wear Black History Month commemorative T-shirts.
