Interview with Lobo swimmer Shayla King
A standout sprinter, she swam the anchor in the 200-yard medley relay as her team finished second behind another group of UNM swimmers during the Lobos’ recent victory against Northern Colorado. A graduate of Mt. Vernon Presbyterian High in Atlanta, she was honored by Fairburn, Ga., in 2012, when July 24th was proclaimed “Shayla King Day.”
