ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Interview with UNM baseball player Matt Villalobos
It’s fair to assume Villalobos will play an expanded role for UNM this season. In the Lobos’ first seven games he’s matched his previous career total with 3u2154 innings pitched. A converted position player, the right-handed reliever from Rio Rancho has not yet allowed a run in 2016. Not bad for a guy with three at-bats and six previous pitching appearances in three seasons.
