Williams Taken to Local Hospital
Sunday, Nov. 15
Williams, a junior from Dallas, was taken to a local hospital, per Geoff Grammer of the Albuquerque Journal.
Williams appeared to collapse without any contact with 11 minutes, 16 seconds remaining in the second half. New Mexico athletic director Paul Krebs told Grammer that he does not know any more on Williams’ condition.
Sports Illustrated noted that Williams remained facedown on the floor of the Pan American Center for numerous minutes before a stretcher was brought out.
