It would be safe to say that the bats for New Mexico bats were quiet against Oklahoma State as the team suffered another loss on Wednesday afternoon.
New Mexico (11-5, 6-0 MW) mustered just three hits in the second of a two-game series, losing a second consecutive game to the Oklahoma State as the Cowboys improved to 11-6 on the season.
The Cowboys pounded out 16 hits and lit up the scoreboard, in a lopsided 13-0 victory at Allie P. Reynolds Stadium.
The three UNM hits were registered by sophomore Hayden Schilling, redshirt junior Danny Collier and senior Jack Zoellner.
