The New Jersey Devils took an early 2-1 lead against the Washington Capitals in their first preseason game of the season. There were dead parts of the first period, but for the most part, Yegor Sharangovich and Jack Hughes have been an electric pairing. These two might be ready to breakout like everyone is predicting.
Yegor Sharangovich started the fun. He took an amazing pass from across the ice from former 1st-round pick Alexander Holtz. It was an awesome goal, and it was a great way to start the season off.
It’s a goal we want to watch again and again.
