The New Jersey Devils didn’t have the best performance in the desert as the Vegas Golden Knights defeated them by a final score of 3-0. It was the 8th time that the 2019-20 Devils were shutout by their opponent. One of the main reasons that Vegas shut them out is because they are just simply a better team. They roll four good lines and three good defense pairs in front of two great goalies.
One of those goalies is Robin Lehner. He was only making his second start for Vegas following a trade that sent him over from the Chicago Blackhawks.
