Inspired by the excitement surrounding the upcoming 2015 NHL Entry Draft, I decided to compose a list of my top-10 all time Devils NHL Draft picks. I was originally going to do a top-5 list, but I actually wrote down more than 20 potential players so I’m doing a top-10 list instead. The main rule for this list was simple; any player could be included in this list as long as they were originally a Devils NHL Draft pick. I also considered supplemental drafts, but no players from those made my list.
I tried to evaluate players not just solely on their stats, but on how they impacted the NHL.
