The Binghamton Devils lost the game by a final score of 2-1 to the Syracuse Crunch. The one goal came via the power play when John Quenneville scored his 10th AHL goal of the season. The Crunch outshot the Devils 23-20, so not that bad.
Schneider giving up two goals in the minors is not terrible. One might think a goalie that used to be one of the best in the world would go down there and get a shutout, but the AHL is a very different game. There is obviously less skill which could lead to less structure which could lead to the position of goaltender harder to play.
