New Jersey Devils: Cory Schneider’s Demons Have Been Exercised

The New Jersey Devils got a road win against the Minnesota Wild by a final score of 5-4 in overtime. Most of the actual game has no real importance as the Devils are likely not making it to the postseason, but it was a huge win for the team moving forward.

The game started with Keith Kinkaid in net who allowed four goals to the Wild. Cory Schneider came in to relieve Kinkaid as they were down 4-1 with about half of a game to play. Schneider did not give up another goal the rest of the way and they tied the game with just over two minutes left to force overtime.
