Devils' offense erupts to right ship in win over Canadiens | Rapid reaction

Production from players not named Taylor Hall was lacking in recent games for the Devils. That changed drastically Tuesday night.

Nine different players recorded points, including Travis Zajac, who had two goals and one assist in the first period, to spark the Devils to a 6-4 win over the Montreal Canadiens at Prudential Center in Newark.

The win snapped a three-game losing streak for the Devils and moved them to 34-25-8 on the season. They hold the first wild card spot in the Eastern Conference with 76 points.

One of those nine players to record points was Hall, who registered two assists to push his point streak to 19 straight games and 26 consecutive appearances.
