Devils' Martin Brodeur elected to Hockey Hall of Fame

Martin Brodeur sealed his Hall of Fame fate a long time ago. Tuesday just made it official.

The legendary Devils goalie was one of the players selected to the join the Hockey Hall of Fame as a part of the Class of 2018.

Willie O'Ree, who broke the NHL color barrier with the Boston Bruins, and NHL commissioner Gary Bettman were also elected to the Hall of Fame as builders of the league.

The class will be inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame on Nov. 12 in Toronto.

There was never any doubt about Brodeur making the Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility following a career that earned him the No.
