When a season goes as bad as this past one did for the New Jersey Devils, fans are going to see wholesale changes. We didn’t expect to see the sheer volume of changes we did, but this is what happens when they are the second most disappointing team in the league (San Jose Sharks are far and wide the winner in this category). Already, the Devils likely say the last games of Taylor Hall, Andy Greene, Blake Coleman, Wayne Simmonds, Louis Domingue and Sami Vatanen. That’s without even mentioning the fact they lost general manager Ray Shero and head coach John Hynes.
