FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – All four New England Revolution Academy teams continued the MLS Next season last Saturday, with the Under-19s, Under-17s, and Under-15s facing Beachside SC in Stamford, Conn., and the Under-14s taking on FC Boston Bolts in Newton, Mass. In addition, six current and former Revolution Academy players featured for Revolution II in a 4-0 win at Richmond Kickers on Saturday.
The U-19s and U-17s won their second consecutive matches, 4-2 and 2-1 respectively, while the U-15s secured their first victory of the season, 6-3. The win marked the first for U-15 Head Coach Shalrie Joseph with the Revolution Academy.
