When the Revolution hit the field tonight against D.C. United, it will do so without Kelyn Rowe and Juan Agudelo. That’s because the two attackers shipped off for Nashville on Sunday as members of the final U.S. Gold Cup roster.
While with the National Team, the duo will miss at least two league matches: one against the Philadelphia Union (July 2), and another against the New York Red Bulls (July 5). If the U.S. advances out of group play, and Rowe and Agudelo survive the roster change that will occur before the knockout stage, both players would also miss the Revs’ match against the LA Galaxy (July 22).
