The Revs should tour New England for the USOC

The U.S. Open Cup has traditionally provided the New England Revolution with the opportunity to play outside of Gillette Stadium’s walls. Harvard, Providence, and even New Britain have played host to tournament games. This variety is great, but I’d love to see the Revs visit every New England state.

Before I go on, I recognize this is unlikely to happen. There are a lot of behind-the-scenes logistics that go into hosting a USOC game. Game-day preparations would be quite difficult if my proposal came true.

Still, wouldn’t it be great to see the Revs in New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont?
