It won’t take long for fans to see the New England Revolution’s new red-and-white jersey in action, as the club will wear it this Saturday against the Colorado Rapids.
On Feb. 12, the Revs revealed a new secondary kit, which replaced the one inspired by the flag of New England. The front of the latest shirt is half red and half white, a look that is meant to be a nod to the 13 stripes on the American flag.
“At every level of our organization, we aim to represent our community in New England and remain authentic to the sport,” said Revolution President Brian Bilello in a press release.
