The wait is over. After more than six weeks of off-season silence, the Revolution have agreed to terms with an international center back.
And at this point, that’s all Revolution fans know.
Club president Brian Bilello communicated only the basic details of the transaction in this Monday-morning tweet:
Added a new international CB using TAM. Will be able to announce and have him here this week.

In addition to noting the player’s position and international status, Bilello included what supporters had long expected: the player was acquired using Targeted Allocation Money (TAM).
