Revolution Sign Gamble, GK Turner; Trade Charlie Horton's Rights to DC United

The Revs make two signings and officially announce a suspected trade from earlier in the week.

The New England Revolution have officially announced the signings of Michael Gamble and goalkeeper Matt Turner.

Gamble, a 2nd Round pick (30th overall) from Wake Forest in the 2016 MLS SuperDraft, was a curious choice for an already strong attacking group. However, the striker showed very well on the wing in preseason while scoring one goal in four matches at the Desert Diamond Cup. He helped Wake Forest to the NCAA Tournament in each of his four collegiate seasons, adding 24 goals and 20 assists in 60 career appearances.
