Revolution Select Jordan McCrary in 2016 MLS Draft with 10th Pick

The New England Revolution have made their first selection in the 2016 MLS SuperDraft: University of North Carolina right-back Jordan McCrary. The former Tar Heel recovered well from a 2014 ACL tear to make 20 starts for the powerhouse school, notching five assists.

Intrigue ruled the early going in the first round as the Philadelphia Union traded up and managed to snag three of the first six picks in the round. Later, some maneuvering between Chicago and New York City resulted in number one pick Jack Harrison going to the Big Apple without even meeting the media as a member of the Fire.
