FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution’s preseason will begin on Monday, Jan. 22, 2017 as the team returns to Gillette Stadium to commence training for the 2018 Major League Soccer season. The Revolution will then make trips to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. for a series of friendlies and Tucson, Ariz. for the Mobile Mini Sun Cup, formerly known as the Desert Diamond Cup.
Following an initial week of physical examinations and training in Foxborough, the Revolution will travel to IMG Academy on Friday, Jan. 26 for the first leg of preseason competition. The club is scheduled to participate in three exhibition matches during this trip: Jan.
