Revolution 2, LA Galaxy 3: Revs drop points after allowing two stoppage time goals

The New England Revolution allowed two stoppage time goals on Saturday night, ultimately succumbing to the LA Galaxy 3-2.

Cristian Penilla was given his marching orders in the 23rd minute after he kicked out at Romain Alessandrini. Penilla was given the red for violent conduct because of his reaction to being run over by Alessandrini.

Despite being down a man, Diego Fagundez scored in the 28th minute. Sharp movement put Fagundez in on goal, which resulted in the Homegrown grabbing his sixth of the season.

Chris Pontius brought the game back to level terms when he scored in the 38th minute.
