Recap | Revs register fourth clean sheet as they play New York City FC to 0-0 draw

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution (3-3-6, 15 pts.) played to a scoreless draw with New York City FC at Gillette Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Goalkeeper Matt Turner registered four saves en route to his fourth shutout of the season.

Midfielder Lee Nguyen, who was re-acquired by New England on Sept. 8 and played 14 minutes at Philadelphia last Saturday, started and played 89 minutes in today’s contest. Nguyen registered 62 touches and one shot in his first appearance at Gillette Stadium as a member of the Revolution since Oct. 15, 2017.

Forward Tajon Buchanan started today’s match after he opened his MLS account last Saturday at Philadelphia.
