Recap | Revs extend unbeaten run to seven games with 1-1 draw vs. New York Red Bulls

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution (2-1-5, 11 pts.) and the New York Red Bulls played to a 1-1 draw at Gillette Stadium on Saturday evening. New York’s Omir Fernandez opened the scoring for the visitors in the 35th minute, but New England responded six minutes later when Cristian Penilla played a ball over the top to Teal Bunbury, who set Gustavo Bou up for a tap-in goal. With the draw, the Revolution’s unbeaten streak reaches seven games.

Bou’s goal marks his third of the year, which is most among Revolution players through the season’s first eight games.
