FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution (0-3-1, 1 pt.) fell to FC Cincinnati (2-1-1, 7 pts.), 2-0, at Gillette Stadium on Sunday afternoon. FC Cincinnati forward Kekuta Manneh opened the scoring for the visitors in the 44th minute, while Kenny Saief doubled the Orange and Blue's lead on the other side of halftime with a goal in the 65th minute.

Sunday afternoon's contest featured the home debut of forward Juan Fernando Caicedo, as well as the professional debut of midfielder DeJuan Jones. Caicedo logged 24 minutes after replacing Teal Bunbury as a second-half substitute, continuing his recovery from a muscular injury that sidelined him for the Revolution's first two matches.
