RECAP: Revolution Play Real Salt Lake to Scoreless Draw

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution (10-10-11, 41 pts.) played Real Salt Lake to a 0-0 draw before a crowd of 24,270 at Gillette Stadium on #KickChildhoodCancer Night on Saturday. Goalkeeper Matt Turner backstopped New England to its fifth shutout of the season, as the point keeps New England above the playoff line in seventh place through the weekend, with three games remaining in the regular season.

Despite peppering Real Salt Lake with 23 shots to the visitor’s nine, neither side could find the breakthrough goal as the Revolution picked up the team’s first clean sheet since July 21.
