Recap: Revolution Extend Unbeaten Run with 1-1 Draw vs. Philadelphia Union

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution (4-8-5, 17 pts.) played the Eastern Conference-leading Philadelphia Union (9-4-5, 32 pts.) to a 1-1 draw at Gillette Stadium on Wednesday evening. Brandon Bye opened the scoring for New England in the 31st minute, when he volleyed a corner kick from Carles Gil inside of the near post, but Philadelphia's Kacper Przybylko equalized for the visitors with a late goal in the 84th minute.

In Bruce Arena's Gillette Stadium debut as head coach, New England's unbeaten run in league play reached five games. The club has accrued a 2-0-3 mark and conceded only four goals during the run.
