FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution have added Kevin Hitchcock as an assistant coach. He will replace Rubén Garcia, who departs the club to become Sporting Director of La Liga side SD Huesca. Hitchcock arrives in New England with nearly two decades of professional coaching experience in the top flights of England, Qatar, and India, as well as a decorated 18-year playing career.
"We would like to thank Rubén for his contributions to the club during his time in New England," Head Coach Brad Friedel said. "Though his presence will be missed on the training field and in the locker room, this is a tremendous opportunity for him and we wish him nothing but success with Huesca.
