Matt Turner selected by USMNT for friendly against Trinidad & Tobago

Everything seems to be coming up Matt Turner. After inking a new deal with the New England Revolution, the goalkeeper now has the chance to get his first international cap for the United States Men’s National Team.

Turner was called up to January camp down in Florida where U-23 players (such as Henry Kessler) and some senior team players have been training. The camp culminates in a friendly against Trinidad & Tobago on January 31st.

Of course, USMNT fans now know how much matches against T&T mean after the Caribbean nation helped to ensure that the United States would not qualify for the 2018 World Cup.
