The Revolution surrendered more than three points on Saturday.
In the first half of the club’s meeting with the Montreal Impact, Revs forward Juan Agudelo exited the match with a hamstring injury. New England then conceded four straight goals en route to a 4-2 defeat.
This week, Revs gaffer Brad Friedel admitted that Agudelo’s injury could result in a long-term absence.
“It is really early. We’re hoping it’s not too serious,” Friedel said. “He is going to have a couple of further tests, so I don’t really have a timeframe, but I’m hoping it’s on the couple of weeks as opposed to over the month, but we’ll have to wait and see on that.
