Gustavo Bou wasn’t in the gameday 20 when the New England Revolution faced Atlanta United FC on Saturday but he should be back soon.
After winning 2-1, head coach Bruce Arena told the media that the Argentine attacker was sidelined with a minor injury.
“He’s fine,” Arena explained. “He had a minor muscle injury. He’ll be back in full training on Monday.”
Bou has played 34 regular-season games since signing with the Revs on Jul. 10, 2019. He’s amassed 15 goals and five assists during 2,664 minutes. His most recent tally came in the 2021 season-opener when he scored the equalizer against the Chicago Fire.
