Collin Verfurth was among the first four players signed to the Revolution II inaugural roster on January 7. After spending his rookie season with Loudoun United FC in the USL Championship, where he played under current Revolution assistant coach Richie Williams, Verfurth saw action in all four Revolution II preseason contests, including starts in three of those games. Verfurth hails from Ashburn, Virginia where he attended Briar Woods High School. A four-year varsity letter winner, Verfurth helped lead his team to a state semifinals appearance as a junior in 2013.
