MONTREAL – The New England Revolution defeated the Montreal Impact, 3-1, at Stade Saputo on Saturday evening. Kelyn Rowe recorded a pair of goals and an assist, while Kei Kamara recorded the third-fastest goal in club history to propel New England to its third consecutive victory in MLS play.
Kei Kamara got the Revs off to a quick start, scoring on a header just 24 seconds into the match. The Revs would extend the lead in the 27thminute, as Kelyn Rowe fired a shot from the top of the 18-yard box off the far post and into the back of the net.
