Do any Revolution players deserve a call-up for U.S. vs. Portugal?

In two weeks, the U.S. Men’s National Team will return to action for the first time since losing to Trinidad & Tobago on October 10. That match ended the Yanks’ World Cup bid. Now, the team—and the nation behind it—must start anew.

That pursuit will begin on November 14 in Almancil, Portugal, when the U.S. visit the Selecção das Quinas.

For that match, interim U.S. coach Dave Sarachan will likely select a roster that reflects a “changing of the guard” from veterans like Tim Howard, Alejandro Bedoya and DaMarcus Beasley to youngsters like Ethan Horvath, Weston McKennie and Brandon Vincent.
