D.C. United have acquired U.S. Under-23 international goalkeeper Charlie Horton from the New England Revolution, the franchise announced on Thursday.
The 21-year-old Horton, who most recently played for Leeds United in the English Championship, moved in a sign-and-trade deal for which New England received allocation money.
