Chicago 4, New England 1 - Fire Sweep Nine Points From Revs

The only good news for the New England Revolution tonight is that they don’t have to travel to Chicago or even play the Fire anymore in 2017.

The Chicago Fire, led by fullback Patrick Doody’s three assists, scored early and often against a Revs that has struggled mightily on the road.

Matt Polster scored the opener in the 8th minute after a feed from Joao Pedro. The Revs cancelled out this opener through Kei Kamara in the 24th minute after a Lee Nguyen set piece and then Doody took over the match.
